Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
Wood Contour Canada reserves the right to evaluate all refund/exchange requests on a case by case basis. Due to the custom nature of many of my products, refunds/exchanges are not offered for those products unless an error was made by Wood Contour Canada in production.
-- I can only ship to the address provided from Etsy, and once shipped I do not refund if the item does not return to me. If it is marked delivered to the provided address it is no longer our shop's issue. Please check your shipping address before you purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
